Ltd company food takeaway

I have couple of questions..please help with it...
First of all what is solo director?
If have food takeaway limited company and have lease on my name but for my takeaway....
Would i be the solo director?
Would i be self employed?  How?
Would i be employed? How,
If i have to claim UC then someone said i have to pay both part of NI? What is both part of NI?
UC isn't paying to solo director of a limited company. They want a dividend?  What is dividend? 

Can i be director and employee of the takeaway i will be cooking cleaning taking orders etc too n will employee people as well...

Lease is for the business but signing person is me...and i borrowed money for it which i have to pay back...

Also do i have to report to UC that i am director of the this food takeaway or just employee...? Show lease paper etc...please advice

Have you taken professional advice from an Accountant?  You have such a broad need to gain an understanding of how to structure a business that it may not be appropriate to obtain that information through a public forum.  There are many variables to consider.

You have asked this same question in two forums already and received the same answer.  Given the entire lack of understanding you show, I cannot imagine that you will receive any different or better advice from asking again.  At least one of the previous respondents is an Accountant and they also said to engage an Accountant in a professional capacity.

However how you structure your business will make a difference to your legal responsibilities and taxation arrangements so it is essential for you to obtain a clear understanding of the implications of your choice if you are thinking of starting a business. The subject is far too broad to deal with in a chat forum. There are of course numerous websites that cover the basics.
