0% balance or Money transfer Aqua existing offer.

Have one or two bills , both 185 each- 370 total.
Don't want to destroy what I have with help2 save which will be 475 next week.
Have existing +30ish% aqua balance used with offers of balance or money transfer 9 months 3% fee.
Can I make use of either offer to pay for one or two of those bills.
Only concern is after 8 or 9 months expire then what I  have will be trapped with any existing balance, which there will be.

Depends what the bill is. 
A BT is for transferring the balance of another credit card, whereas a MT is for getting cash from a credit card without high fees and interest. 

Yes if you don't pay off the balance before the promo rate expires then you will have to pay interest at the standard rate.  - Also you won't have an interest free period for new purchase once you do a transfer.

Considering shifting maybe 200 from Tesco to Aqua offer.
Then maybe pay one bill with Tesco @27.5.
I only have a few days until 1st Nov when aqua offers expire -I'll decide tomorrow or Mon.
Both bills accept credit  card payments including bank credits or transfers.
If I were to use Aqua money transfer to my bank the I could make bank transfer or debit card payment.
I'de rather avoid using Aqua for 2 bills totalling 370 -just as I made decent Effort to reduce a medium balance down to 1200 range, which has taken most of 2020.
