Yes. This is a known issue at the moment. Be patient it will arrive. And the longer it takes, the more interest you get.

Basically, according to BH, approx 100 people have not had their cheques due to them being left on the back of a lorry and are approx 2 weeks late in posting out. They posted last weekend 17th/18th.
Customer service reckon we should have them by Friday 23rd / Mon 26th latest.
I am not convinced of this tbh but those affected will be written to within 28 days and given compensatory interest for the delay.
