Post office to jaja - no statements

I have had a post office credit card for several years which has now switched to JaJa. I think the balance that has been transferred to the new JaJa account is wrong (too high) but as I no longer have access to my post office credit card statements I cannot check and I can't get hold of anyone at either the post office or JaJa to check

I have one and i can still access mine online, i also received my paper copy too this week, not sure what makes your access so hard 🤔
Do you keep your initial paperwork that's sent out at the point of sign up, can you access any different numbers from that ?
