I would like to discuss with a professional my affairs and objectives with my proposed road to those.
Rather by email as I don't like the idea face to face or webcam these days die to COVID as I like text to read and look back. I am not good or rather lack confidence with money- steams from primary school.
Do I need to have wealth to do this? What can I expect to pay for this?
Thanks

Advisers are likely to have minimum fees, so you will need a moderate amount of wealth to make this worthwhile. Your best starting point is o read these forums, look at the monevator website and access some basic books on investing. Once you have done this formulate a plan and post back on these boards and people will be able to assess what you have proposed and how you might get there.1

There is no fixed minimum figure but often the figure of £50K is mentioned as a kind of level where a financial advisor might start taking interest in you as a client. This would be invested/investable money , maybe in a pension but does not have to be . The figure would probably be higher in the richer parts of the UK and lower in the less well off parts.
Face to face is preferred as giving and taking financial advice is quite a personal relationship .1 -
There are different ways to provide advice. The methods used will vary from firm to firm based on the firm's target market and the advisers that work for them and the type of clients they look for.
Some firms will be mostly face to face. Others will use remote/email. Some will use Zoom or similar. City firms are often more tech-focused. Rural firms are often more face to face focused.
So, the answer to your question is yes, there will be firms out there that can meet your needs.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such.
