Hi Folks, 4 days ago, I used Resolver to help with an energy query. Today I got an email from Scottish Power but not directed to Resolver. How do I add it to Resolver?
Regards

I think it is. Since my last post I have opened an account with the Ombudsman.

The Ombudsman will not look at your complaint until you have exhausted the supplier's own complaints process, which means either obtaining a deadlock letter from SP, or waiting 6 weeks from the date of your original complaint without resolution.

I am beginning to lose track what the OP is saying / asking on these threads? It started out as a botched switch to EON? then about switching again. Actual usage v DD.

    Seemed to be resolved?

Then a complaint about Scottish Power? or someone else to Resolver.

And now opening an account with Ombudsman?

As macman has pointed out there are procedures to be followed. If there is actually a complaint??

Perhaps OP.  You could just post on one thread and give the complete version of what has occurred?

You might get some advice that may help you.

I'm not entirely decided on what I am going to do yet. My SP tariff ends on 30 November.

Then you can initiate a switch now to a provider that suits you? You do not need to speak to SP?

There must be a back story re SP which @Pnokio does not want to share with us which is is more important than money.

Have to agree. OP is very reticent about divulging information on both threads.

Unfortunately in my opinion that negates the fact that any advice to @Pnokio will be flawed.
