Cleaners - invoicing

Hi there,
We have a cleaning company come once a fortnight - they started in August and I have not received an invoice from them yet. This is moneysaving in a way(!) but I would like to be invoiced once a month so that we don't get hit with occassional but big bills. I've chased it up with them a few times and of course we want to pay them, but equally we feel we shouldn't have to keep chivvying them. Any tips?

Have you got an agreed contract and price?Buy £50 of premium bonds for every month you’ve not been billed for. If you’re lucky you could make a million.1
