Wowcher code and valid dates

So, I saw an offer for hotel and bought the voucher. Before doing so I called the hotel to check it was OK to use the voucher on 28-30th October. They confirmed that was OK. I bought the voucher and the hotel was booked over the phone using the voucher code. I have just downloaded the voucher to print and take with me. I notice it says valid from 1st Nov, 4 days after we arrive.
I am wondering if the hotel will  pick up on this when taking in the voucher/bar code. Will they honour the booking once I arrive? The code they took from the voucher was accepted in to the system as the first time she typed it it didn't work and they had to re-type, and it then was accepted. Is this classed as having been redeemed?

Anyone in the know here?

I have since sent the voucher as attachment to email to manager of the Hotel who has accepted it and confirmed I do not need to print. Should this cover any issue I have once I arrive?

I would hope so.  You've done the right thing.  The only issue I can see that might arise is when the hotel tries to get paid by Wowcher, if Wowcher then try and wriggle out of it on the date issue, but then it would be down to the hotel to pursue you for the cost of the stay.  In which case, you simply refer them to your communication which included a copy of the voucher.
