I have an s9 doctor sent me a sick note via text when I clicked on the link my phone couldn't open tried to open with photos but kept trying to load unsuccessfully ...downloaded file my phone said couldn't open and sent me to PLAY to download the app it ...downloaded app still couldn't open it
