Address issue on mortgage offer

Hi
Had my mortgage offer through last week and I noticed they’d put the address ever so slightly wrong (the house number and road number the wrong way round). My broker doesn’t seem that concerned as the address on the initial application was correct he thinks it may just be how the lender has formatted it and he’s certain the right property was valued. My solicitor also didn’t seem too concerned. If it does turn out it needs to be changed is it something that’s quite a quick fix?
Thanks!

Let them know now, quick thing for them to do now, don't want to get to exchange etc and then have the issue raisedAn answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0

If your solicitor is comfortable that everyone is talking about the same property then there's really nothing needing to be fixed.0

If the solicitor is comfortable should be ok. For my mortgage the actual flat doesnt appear on royal mail postcode finder search thingamy (I've no rectified that with local authority). So the solicitor contacted the mortgage company for them to manually change the address. It's a simple task but needed chasing through! They def visited the right property for the valuation.0
