Is there anyone else who had a holiday overseas booked with secret escapes that is being asked to contact the airline (Ryanair) for their refund direct & having problems?

I booked a package holiday via Secret Escapes. They and their package holiday provider were non responsive. After waiting patiently for 6 months, I named and shamed both via social media, and got prompt responses.
Was this a package holiday provided by Ryanair?
Have you made a charge back? Eventually, I got a refund on my NW credit card via charge back.
