Extended Warranty/Guarantee Cover - Premier Protect 365

Hi, anyone had experience of 'Premier Protect 365"? Ive just discovered they charged a relative (for whom I have financial power of attorney) £300 for three year breakdown cover for a twenty year old microwave and a Henry Hoover!! 😤

Never heard of them, their website doesnt work properly on my laptop, iPad or android phone so can get very little about them or their product. If TrustPilot is to believed its an outbound telesales scam talking about renewing your policy. They are certainly not an insurance company but many of these products are structured intentionally to be a "service plan" or similar and therefore not insurance and outside the rules and regulations of insurance.
Does your relative have any recollection of the purchase? What is the payment method, credit card, debt card, direct debit?0
