My solicitor has communicated incorrect information to my lender for a house purchase

My solicitor has communicated incorrect information to my lender upon requesting funds and now my lender won't agree to lend. Essentially a restriction on a title was disapplied to allow my purchase to go through. They give you a 3 months waiver to allow completion. This restriction is a dissolved management company - nothing of major concern. We have documentation to support dissolution and confirmation they won't reform. My solicitors flagged this restriction to my lender (whether they should have or not i'm not sure) but also communicated that it has been removed for 3 months. This of course concerned my lender who subsequently requested that the restriction be removed completely - which land registry cannot do on a Freehold. I spoke with other solicitors who managed purchases of properties in this same estate as recent as July 2020 and none of them had issues. Have my solicitors acted incorrectly? What can I do to resolve this? I only have a few weeks left on my mortgage offer this has taken so long!

Write to your solicitor clearly explaining their error and asking them to write to your lender to correct it.Use the solicitor's complaits procedure if necessary.0
