We had booked flights on last minute in January 2020 for travel on ski trip in April 2020. Waited for 4 months to give LM a chance to process, but LM have still not refunded our monies back. Both bookings are showing finalizing refunds for about 6months. Credit card company is saying transaction date is too late for refund. Any advice on how to proceed please. Thanks in advance.
