You said the company should have warned you about customs, several people have posted quotes and screenshots showing the company did warn that for customers in the UK and Canada import charges will apply. That seems like a warning to me.
  • Ok so... apparently many of you have issues with reading what the issue at hand is here. So it is ironic at best that you belittle me for not reading the small print. I have said I will read the small print in the future...that's fine...better yet, I won't order from this company again, I have found out an awful lot about how trashy they are through this whole process.
    -------That issue aside-------
I have a SPAM email asking me to pay the VAT fee (not a professional looking email, think phishing, if you know what that means..)... anyone care to delve into THAT side of the issue or are you going to keep dodging the question? If you don't have anything to add, just a suggestion: Don't.

Sorry haven't been paying attention to this thread properly and missed it was a spam email, well in that case just ignore it and nothing will happen, apart from you getting your item(s)

The issue of spam mail is nothing to do with import taxes.
