What mortgage category am I in?

Options
Hi
Can anyone tell me what mortgage category I'm in please?  I was on a first time buyers mortgage from 2010-2014 with my ex partner, I was taken off it after we split up (i got nothing from the transfer to him solely) and have been renting privately ever since. I'm finally in the position where I would like to buy my own home but when researching I don't fall into any of the 3 mortgage categories - first time buyer, remortgage or equity release. I was aiming to save a 10% deposit but don't know if this is enough when I don't know what kind of mortgage I can get!
Thanks
Sarah

Ask them, but it's often FTB.

Certainly not for anything else. Just the mortgage.

I would say your in New house purchase category, they usually have an option like this.
If its just for an aip I wouldn’t worry to much, the advisor will go through your aip application and change anything that needs to be amended.
