Company gone bust

Hi all, can someone advise me?
I bought a combi boiler from Impragas 18 months ago, 10 year free parts, labour and servicing. Paid over 3 years with Hitichi finance.  Impragas  the company I bought it from,  has now gone bust. So who is covering the boiler, who do I call for help when it breaks.  There is no answer from phone numbers emails or letters made to the company.
Thanks for reading 😊

As you paid for the boiler on finance, the finance provider (Hitachi) have the same legal responsibilities and obligations as Impragas. This is because of Section 75 of the Consumer credit act:

Even though you don't appear to have a boiler problem at present, it might be wise to contact Hitachi and advise them of what has happened and ask them to register your enquiry and ask if they have a preferred company to carry out the annual service and any repairs that should be needed in the future.
