How do I get out of paying these clowns. Any advice can’t find much literature online. The car park in question, couple of months ago, did not have this ANPR and mailing system. I will add pics tonight of the signs the entrance to car park sign is really ambiguous. From the way I turned in.
In fact it’s pretty much a scam in the sense of entrance signage. Whilst sitting in the car park. Still in my started car. I didn’t even spot the camera or sign. It was dark also
I will be going back tonight to take pics of the signs. From what would be the way I was parked
also I did have a read through the newbie thread. I think this company is different?

Plan A is the simple answer
That or court is the main options you have , for the next 6 years
Or pay in full , that goes without saying but is not usually recommended on here , but you did ask
Stick to that newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum , it's your Bible2 -
''I think this company is different?''
Nope.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD4 -
Start by reading the newbies.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, sometimes it can lead to cancellation.,
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers. On 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, and hopefully this will become law shortly
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -

Explain, we would love to see one that is different but a tenner says it isn't.

I went and took photos of the signage. How do I upload 6?Roughly from where the car would be from, pulling into the car park, and parking up. However I took photos on foot, so the roof of the car would’ve been not in sight
also if I didn’t mention I did not leave the car. And was parked practically opposite the lamppost sign which the ANPR is on. The photo I have is of this sign is from half distance. I had to go upto it by 3feet to get a decent readable photo.I honestly can’t afford to pay them £100 never mind £60 I am a key worker and a student.0 -
1. You are not paying. Why would you?
2. Why is it different?2 -
The ability to pay or not has no relevance
Host the pictures on a website like Imgur , or a file hosting website , be creative1 -

It's the same as any PCN issued by any IPC member to a vehicle that was on private property without permission or without validating their stay , in alleged breach of contract law , for alleged breach of contract
Or its trespassing
The name of the parking company is largely irrelevant
The £100 charge (or less) is standard practice for the last 10 years
The issues are the same as every other unauthorised use of a private car park patrolled by an IPC member , be it this one or EPS or NPE or Ukcps or VCS or Excel or many , many others
My earlier first reply tells you what you need to be aware of
You are looking for an easy way out !! There isn't one !!2
