Unsurprisingly house is under offer now. As we're not going to be living there suppose I can share. It was basically everything we wanted bar an ensuite in our room (Have got used to having one lol).

We'll continue to push on with our house in case it falls through or anything. I hate the way the system works and am worried about having to spend a huge amount and end up settling for something we don't really want if we sell ours first.

Caught our neighbour putting stuff in our green waste bin this morning (again). I told her I'd let her know when she could use it but she has just taken it upon herself to do what she wants. I have a large quick growing lot of bushes that aren't ours and should be covered by maintenance fee we pay but they don't bother so it has come down to me. I've not had time lately but the reason I asked her to wait is because it's so big I coukd full it several times over. I give up with the woman.

Ah that went quickly! The house looked really nice (love the garden too) and is in about the same condition as the house we just bought. Which is livable thankfully. I hope another comes up for you in a nice area.
Your neighbour sounds a bit cheeky! I would put an alarm on totally scare her next time she thinks about doing that  I am a bit possessive over bins though as we once had a neighbour who used all my bins when theirs were full

Fingers crossed another lovely house comes up for you 🤞

Neighbour is very cheeky, I'd be tempted to take her stuff back out and leave it at her front door 🤣

It did go quickly, but I did expect it. This one popped up the other day. It doesn't grab me in the way the other one did, but it does tick a lot of our boxes, so it gives me hope something will appear. I (possibly wrongly) believe that if it is supposed to be it will be, so hopefully whatever we're supposed to go to will appear when the time is right: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/162536081#/?channel=RES_BUY

Honestly our neighbour is something else. She drives me mad, but hopefully not our problem for much issue! Saving grace is she's retired and quiet lol.

DH illness progressed to full blown norovirus type illness, so that was a fun Thursday night! He managed to go to his lunch but tbh it was a bit messed up as I had to tell him in advance due to the illness, and he couldn't really eat much as his stomach was recovering. Sod's law! Fortunately only he caught it so small blessing.

Forgot about my car tax falling this month so -£195 for that. I paid off the remainder of the 0% cc so that is clear now. Have a bit over £800 left now (paid on Friday). Had to buy fuel, food, treated DH to birthday laithwaites delivery plus money we spent on lunch (pub not cheap...). Some will go on wherever DH wants to go on his birthday as we'll go out for lunch whilst kids at nursery but the remainder will go into their nursery accounts. I'm not yet sure when DS1 will stop nursery as we don't term dates for school yet, but we've only got 2-3 nursery payments for him left now. No doubt that will fly by..

House wise we've not made much progress this weekend due to illness bar buying a couple of water tight garden storage boxes to put some of the kids toys in so place looks less cluttered. It does help a lot actually. I said to DH I think we maybe need to actually set a date with an EA to meet in a few weeks maybe to force us into doing bits as I think we need the pressure. Neither of us have much time or energy but we know we need to press on..

Forgot to add I had to switch broadband. It's actually going to be £1 less than we're currently paying (though expect to increase mid term), but I got £79 through topcashback and I'm also getting an £80 gift voucher which can be used for food shopping so not too bad.

Bugs are the worst aren't they! I'm so pleased we didn't all catch it because from what I could hear it sounded pretty grim 😑. I'm just glad he got it before his actual birthday. He's not ill often so that would have been pretty rubbish!

I had some time to cut the bushes yesterday during my lunch (not been able to recently because of rain, or being in office on good days). Bl**dy neighbour has filled a third of garden waste bin (was previously empty). DH caught her and told her to ask me. Was out with the noisy electric chopper yesterday and 100% usually when she hears something she's out there as she's also nosey AF. Shock she stayed inside presumably due to filling the bin when I've asked her not to...
