Furlough ? The 20% bit. Can this be claimed upon redundancy

HI, I am sure I have read that when you are made redundant, you company has to pay you the 20% that was deducted from your pay whilst furloughed.
I think it was on this site, but am now having trouble finding it.
Any help or advice on this would be great.
