Furlough ? The 20% bit. Can this be claimed upon redundancy

HI, I am sure I have read that when you are made redundant, you company has to pay you the 20% that was deducted from your pay whilst furloughed.
I think it was on this site, but am now having trouble finding it.
Any help or advice on this would be great.

Not backdated pay - is this what you might have read? https://www.gov.uk/government/news/new-law-to-ensure-furloughed-employees-receive-full-redundancy-payments
