The four "rules" of this tariff are: manage your account entirely online; support by chat, WhatsApp or SMS; bills and updates sent electronically; and pay by DD. I'm happy with all of those, except, I've been on the tariff for 6 weeks and still not had any reading appear on the app. I contacted them by SMS and the reply was "I will get a bill in June 2021". Of course I've messaged them again, asking for monthly bills, but why would any company not supply a bill for 9 months?
