Bongos Bingo - Shady Refund Policy

A group of my work friends were due to go to Bongos Bingo on 26/03/2020 but because of coronavirus the venue announced it was shut and Bongos Bingo states they had ‘postponed’ the event.
However the new ticket prices are more expensive than the original credit and to rebook the ‘postponed’ event we are all going to have to pay the difference.
I think this is a big naughty that the price has gone up. So effectively they’ve cancelled the event because the price has gone up but they won’t refund because it’s a postponed event, can anyone advise where we stand?
