Savings account with withdrawal notice required - for impulse prone teenager

I'd like to find a savings account for my 16 year old teenager who suffers from ADHD, and who is highly impulsive. Keen to find one which requires 5/7/10 days notice to be given before a withdrawal can be made, which would greatly help resist the temptations of online shopping and achieve the longer term aim of saving for a car. Grateful for any suggestions. Many thanks

I am not aware of any account that has such a short notice period. The shortest notice accounts are 30 day accounts.0

Many thanks. I think this should be acceptable and will investigate ....0

Does he have a CTF?0

Have you considered an easy access account where withdrawals can only be made in the branch? That way he would have make more of an effort to access the cash than simply transferring it online0

Or an account operated by post if they still exist0
