Hi, a company has asked for a right of reply. MSE doesn't endorse anything a company says on the Forum:

'Just wanted to provide an update to this post. We've recently updated and improved the Rent Tracking journey including being able to report your rent to Equifax as well. I'd urge you to give us another try if you want to make your rent count and improve your credit score.'

So your offering a service which records your rent payments on your credit report to improve a "credit score" that no financial institution uses when determining credit worthiness. The fact that your company thinks that improving a "credit score" is something useful is a good reason to avoid using your services because it shows you have little understanding of the market your working in.
