Avro Energy
Moved to Avro earlier this year, reported to them on two/three occasions that I cannot get day time electric meter reading and they sent a meter reader who also couldn't get meter reading. Looked at my account online and no statement to view for gas or electicity, just my payment listed. I have a very elderly parent living with us so heating on constantly. Very concerned going to get massive bill, have tried to contact, just been on phone 30 minute no answer, not sure what do any suggestions

If you go to their Help And Advice page (link at the bottom of the Avro Login page) Live chat is an option.I've never had any reason to contact Avro myself in the past but have found that Live chat has worked well with other companies, good luck.0

Curious. Can you explain why the meter can't be read? Is it an old style/new style 'smart' meter? Can you post a picture? When you moved, surely you would have sent them and the old supplier a reading? So when did this start happening? Just wondering - if the meter reader can't get a reading, the meter display must be blank. Is that so?0
