Sometimes you have to realise the only person sticking up for you is yourself, matt0677.  Please let us know how you are doing.
  • Have you had any occupational health at work? Usually they are just clowns in my opinion who google symptoms.
Also it was probably your job that caused you an anxiety attack and your employer has a 'duty of care' towards you but seeing as you dont have a doctors not then that would mean you are fit to work.
Your manager is listening to HR but then again what does HR know? HR is hardly seen by warehouse staff.
Write a letter and word it like this...
How long you been at the company
    What your performance is like
    What your character is like
The problems you are having at work and how you think they can be sorted
It is not a complaint just that you are asking for but some advice.
Also if you have a disability, do you think you are covered by the equality act? Your therapist might be able to confirm that for you?
Occupational health- it is good as it can help with REASONABLE ADJUSTMENTS for your job but be warned a year later or 6 months later they can carry out occupational health again and you might lose your job on capability grounds. They (your employer) wont tell you that but dont worry about it if they put reasonable adjustments in place for you and can do your job better.
The person that needs to get this sorted is YOU.
    Dont wait for them.
The pen is mightier than the sword.
