Are in the core group? If so it should be around now to next month. Last year when I was with a Bulb that was the case. If in the ‘have to apply8 group then I don’t know.0

They were incredibly unhelpful when I was with them. They just added the money to my credit. I was then £500 in credit, which I needed more than them, so I swapped suppliers!0
