in Credit cards
I’ve just been informed by my bank that if I try and pay a deposit from my credit card but the retailer doesn’t have a card machine so I need to pay straight in to their account, from my credit card, I’m not covered by section 75. Is this correct?

You can't pay directly into their account with a credit card. You'd need to use a debit card, or withdraw cash from your card, neither of which offer s75 protection.1

....or find another retailer who accepts card payments!0
