We're looking for fun and feel-good entries! Your rocket must be made from household items and be no more than 50cm tall and 30cm wide. Once you've made it, upload a photo of it below and listen to Heart Breakfast all next week to see if yours has been chosen!

Making sure you get your entry back to us by 9am on Thursday 29th October 2020.

All those fantastic prizes are up for grabs, with one winner heading off on that stargazing staycation, and having their rocket sent into space…So make sure you keep hold of it!

NETFLIX Over The Moon on Heart, October 2020
RULES:

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Netflix Over The Moon’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 19th October 2020to Thursday 29th October 2020 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

DETAILS OF THE COMPETITION:

3. To enter the competition an entrant must go to the Netflix competition page on heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00.01 on Monday 19th October 2020 and close at 09:00 on Thursday 29th October 2020.

4. Once on the competition page, an entrant must upload a photo of the moon rocket they have built from household items. There is a video on the competition entry page that gives examples/tips on the kind of entries we’re looking for.

5. Entrants can also enter the competition via Instagram. To do this an entrant must log onto Instagram with their own account and follow @thisisheart. Entrants must then upload an image to their account of the moon rocket they have built, tagging @thisisheart in the post and using the hashtag #HeartOverTheMoon.

6. All entries from Instagram and http://heart.co.uk will be pooled. 

7. Entries will be judged on the criteria of being feel-good, fun, creative and family-friendly. This is down to the discretion of Heart and their decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. Images must be 12mb or less. Rockets must be built using household items only and be no bigger than 50cm tall, 30cm wide. Please see points 20-24 for further specs.

9. If any entries are deemed to be rude, offensive, illegal, condoning dangerous behaviour or are not deemed appropriate for Heart’s Feel Good family audience they will be excluded from the competition.

10. Each day on the date and time listed below, 1 entry will be selected as our winner for that day from all entries received up to that point and contacted via phone on the details supplied upon entering. Each daily winner from Monday to Friday will win the Home Planetarium prize package listed below in point 29.

For Mondays Winner;

11. On 23/10/20 – 1 winner will be selected at 09.00 from all eligible entries received up to that point.

For Tuesday’s Winner;

12. On 26/10/20 – 1 winner will be selected at 09.00 from all eligible entries received up to that point.

For Wednesday’s Winner;

13. On 27/10/20 – 1 winner will be selected at 09.00 from all eligible entries received up to that point.

For Thursday’s Winner;

14. On 28/10/20 – 1 winner will be selected at 09.00 from all eligible entries received up to that point.

For Friday’s Winner;

15. On 29/07/19 – 1 winner will be selected at 09.00 from all eligible entries received up to that point.

16. Entrants will be required to talk to the presenter(s) either live or off-air and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast, the call may be terminated, and another Entrant will be selected as that days winner using the criteria mentioned above. This is down to the discretion of Heart and no further correspondence will be entered into.

17. If an entrant has entered via Instagram and is chosen as one our daily winners, they will receive a direct message from Heart notifying them. If the winner does not reply within 2 hours to the direct message, Global reserves the right to select another entrant to receive the prize on the criteria mentioned above.

18. Once we have awarded our daily winner with the Home Planetarium Prize for having their moon rocket chosen, the entrant will then play for their chance to win the Family Stargazing Staycation listed in Point 30 and have their moon rocket sent into space. Entrants will have to answer 5 questions against the clock. Answering a question incorrectly will add 10 seconds per incorrect answer to an entrant’s final time. Whichever entrant has answered their questions in the quickest time on Friday morning (October 30th 2020) during Heart Breakfast, will win the Family Stargazing Staycation and have their moon rocket sent into space.

19. By submitting a video or an image to the site Heart.co.uk to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such video or image; and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the video or image (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.

20. In order for the winning moon rocket to be sent to space, it must conform to the below;

21. Less than 500g. 

22. Max size – 50cm tall x 30cm wide.

23. No explosive, hazardous, toxic, radioactive, carcinogenetic, or exotic materials should be used (i.e. Lead, beryllium, plutonium, etc.). 

24. Absolutely no compressed gas of any kind should be on the Rocket (ie. aerosols). This includes pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

ELIGIBILITY:

25. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

26. Entrants must hold a valid UK passport and driving license.

27. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

28. Entrants can only win the Home Planetarium Prize once during the competition.

29. Our daily winners from Monday to Friday will win the Home Planetarium prize package below for having their rocket selected as the winner.

HOME PLANETARIUM PRIZE SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

31. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. 

32. Selected colours for beanbags and blankets are subject to availability at time of purchase. 

33. Toucan kids craft subscription will be for 12 months. A welcome pack will be delivered to your home address and on receipt will need to be activated. Contains 2 craft activities, a magazine, instructions and a sticker sheet each month. 

34. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. FAMILY STARGAZING BREAK PRIZE SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

37. Your prize is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in the UK. 

38. Your prize includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 650 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses. 

39. Petrol allowance and spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days. 

40. Your stay at the lodge is subject to availability at time of booking and is based on up to 6 people sharing a three- bedroom lodge on a self-catering basis. 

41. Fully stocked kitchen will be provided via a supermarket delivery to the lodge. You will need to provide a full shopping list to NDL in advance of your stay to maximum value of £500.00. 

All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. There is no cash alternative.
