RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Currys PC World’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 20/10/2020 to 09/11/2020 on Heart (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  

Details of the Competition:
4.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must Go online to heart.co.uk and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on Tuesday 20th October 2020 and close at 23:59 on Tuesday 9th November.
5.    Entrants will answer a simple Q&A on the online competition page and then register their details to be entered into the draw. 
6.    After the closing date a winner will be selected at random from all correct entries and will be notified via the contact details given at point of entry. They will have 28 days from being notified of their win to claim the prize, and failing to do so will forfeit the prize. Should they forfeit the prize another winner will be selected using the same process.

7.    Entrants must be 18 years of age or above.
8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

12.    NDL is Globals prize provider.
13.    The chosen product will be fulfilled via NDL within 28 days of the winner being notified of their win.
14.    Your prize is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays (July and August), spring and autumn half terms and Easter in the UK 
15.    Your prize includes a petrol allowance so you can travel to the prize location. The allowance covers a round trip of a maximum 330 miles. If you live further than this from the prize location, the petrol allowance will be provided to you as a contribution towards your travel expenses. 
16.    Your stay at Hidden River is subject to availability at time of booking and is based on 2 people sharing a two bedroom log cabin on a self catering basis. Stay must take place between Monday and Friday. 
17.    All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. 
18.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
