£50 for opening Amazon Business Prime American Express Card then leave

in Credit cards
I was recently accepted for an Amazon Business Account (I am retired but carry out a small amount of freelance work, so my application was accepted) to get the 30% discount offer on the first £200 spend. I also joined Prime for the introductory 30 days to enable me to get an extra £10 on a £100 gift card. I intend to cancel the Prime trial and do not intend to use the account any more once the credit balance has been spent. I already have a personal account.
I see that I am being offered a £50 credit to my Business Account if I apply for an Amazon Business Prime American Express Card. The annual fee for this is £50, but it is waived in the first year. The terms and conditions state that: "If you downgrade your Amazon membership from Business Prime you will receive an American Express Business credit Card upon your credit Card renewal date". It is also stated that "You will have to remain a member of Amazon Business Prime in future in order to continue to qualify for the higher level benefits and Amazon Rewards associated with the Amazon Business Prime American Express Card." However, I do not intend to take advantage of these benefits.
My plan to get a free £50 is therefore (1) Apply for the card, which should arrive before my Prime membership trial expires (2) Cancel Prime (3) Cancel the card within the first year.
I have no debts or need for credit, so credit scores are not an issue for me.
Are there any flaws in this plan?
