**NEW SEARCH FAULT**

After nearly 4 weeks living with two existing search faults (which appear to have been ignored)...
1) https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6193775
2) https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6194128

... a third fault has appeared tonight:

3) Search now totally ignores whether the "search subcategories" button is selected or deselected and always behaves as if it is selected.
Even worse, putting &subcats=0 in the URL is also ignored.

Please urgently pass this on to the software team and in 4 weeks I will report the next fault their brilliant and professional efforts create.

This new fault coupled with the order of search results fault reported 3 months ago here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6171360/order-of-search-results-no-priority-we-have-to-live-with-it#latest, make search virtually unusable on the Competitions Time board. The number of results returned and in no particular order make it  extremely difficult to find the one you are looking for.

For the last week or so, whatever time range I put in the search, I’m just getting every single comp ever, it seems, 100 pages each search, going back years! I understand there’s a new filter to put in date ending but I seem to get a couple of pages of that date and then it’s a mix and I can’t seem to pick a page on my phone except the first 7 and the last page.
