Does anyone know the selling fees for Savills Estate agent. Would it be 1, 2 or 3% ?

It will be whatever you negotiate and agree.

With almost all EAs it's negotiable.
I've dealt with many EAs who will start off by quoting whatever they think you'll pay. For example, if they think that you're talking to lots of other EAs as well, they quote 1.5%. If they think you really like them and you won't be talking to other EAs, they quote 2%. (And then you negotiate them down to maybe 1%.)
But I've never dealt with Savills.
A good negotiating tactic to try is to get market appraisals from a number of EAs, then say to the one you like best "I would like to instruct you, but <a.n.other> EA is only quoting a fee of x%, and I can't really justify paying the higher fee. Can you match their fee?"

Always found it easier to tell them what I was prepared to pay them. Then tell them to take it or leave it.0

Get quotes from 3, if you can.
I think ours ranged, albeit 7 years ago, from 3% to 1.25%0 -
Savills will negotiate on fees but they won't on their "sole selling rights" clause.

We went with a local agent fixed fee £750 on a 330k house0

A client of our firm paid 2% to Savills on a £500k London flat in 2019.0

We agreed a sliding scale with Savills in 2013, a certain rate (IIRC it was around 1-1.25% +VAT), with a higher rate if the sale price was above a certain figure.
The price exceeded that figure, but they invoiced us at the lower rate anyway. Which was nice.0 -
We have just sold, originally 1% but later negotiated it to £1200 + VAT, £15000 but not Savilles who will probably be dearer.0
