Im FTB, our lender provided a free valuation and we are booking in a full building survey which have been told may take an hour and a half.The valuation i believe would only be 10ish mins as they just want to check it's worth what they're lending us.0

We are currently buying and have had the valuation but didn't have the option to upgrade to a homebuyer survey, so that will be done separately."Nothing is permanent in this wicked world, not even our troubles".0
