Am I forced to dial and expensive number for Aldi Warranty?

A saw I purchased 362 days ago (with a 3 year warranty) has failed. The number they have given me is 0080092583788 which I believe is an expensive phone number made to look like a free 0800 number. Do I have to accept and cough up for the call. I expect I will be kept waiting a long time.

080092583788 seems to be a number Aldi use for warranties & as its 0800 its free from BT Landlines.

Checking my online call coster it states its free to call from my providers though think more generally landline and VOIP providers its free and mobiles seem to generally charge as an international call.0

00800 numbers are free from a landline but not necessarily so from a mobile. So use the landline.0
