Refund of £800 from 6 days ago not arrived

Hi guys,
I had to move out of my new flat due to a leak that has ruined the ceiling and was told I would get my deposit and first month's rent back since I had only lived there 2 weeks. I gave the estate agent my bank details last Tuesday at around 4:30pm and was told it would be 2-3 working days until I get the money in my account, which should have been Friday. So I called them on Friday just before they closed for the evening and they said if the money isn't in by midnight call them on Monday as they are closed weekends. It is still not in my account, so today (Mon) I called again and they said they chased it and the money will definitely be in my account by midnight tonight. As they said the same thing last time I'm not sure I trust them and I'm not sure what to do next.
As I understand it a BACS payment should have definitely come through by now as it has been 4/5 working days, and if they forgot to transfer it last week and only did it this morning (which on the phone today it sounded like that may be the case), then either way it still should have arrived? If it is not in by tomorrow morning what do you think I should do next? I desperately need the money for another deposit and their office is hundreds of miles away from me so I can't sort it out with them in person.

They should be able to make a
BACS or FP that will take a day or two max.
