recent ruling on universal credit

Recently, I read there was a court case where if you were switched onto universal credit from an old style benefit, in my case, ESA and there was a reduction in what money you received, the difference has now got to be updated. is this the case?

This applies only to those that were previously claiming Severe disability premium in with the legacy benefit. If you were claiming this previously then it doesn't apply to you.
