Morning, everyone.
I wanted to say thank you to all of the people on here who give out such good advice. Over the last two years we've been through DLA to PIP, legacy benefits to Universal Credit and just now LCWRA for my son, who turned 18 this year. We've had advice on here, either through specific questions I've posted or from reading the advice on other people's threads. It's been a great help and we just got the letter this morning to say my son isn't expected to look for work or send in any more fit notes which is great news. His PIP application also went through without any problems and legacy to UC wasn't too bad, save for the oft repeated troubles of getting through on the phone lines and getting used to a new system. Lots of people have helped but special thanks to Calcotti, Alice Holt and Poppy, who all seem to spend a lot of time helping people out. Thank you all so much, the sense of relief now that letter's arrived is huge and I think we might even have some time now without any forms to fill in??! What a relief.
Thank you again and I hope everyone has a great week
