E7/Hot Water Issues

I’m having problems with my hot water and I don’t know who should be dealing with it. Basically my immersion switch isn’t coming on at night to heat the water up. I have economy 7. The problem is, my landlord’s people are saying it’s the supplier’s problem and the suppliers are saying there’s no issue at their end? I’m left with no hot water in the meantime. They’ve changed the heater on the tank at least and my NSH works fine.

If your NSH works fine then there is nothing wrong with the supply side.
