Why is the advice of a trusted regular contributor with almost 12,000 posts being questioned? Then needing another regular to have to corroborate it. Small wonder we get bogged down. We are starting to drown again with all the DCBL, Gladstones, BWL and CST barrel-scraping cases spewing across the forum. 60 different cases being dealt with today alone.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
