I buy property to let as long term investments for my sons. Last week the agent called me about a property coming onto the market. It wasn't for me, but I got the heads up on it a good week before it went on Rightmove. Thats the only real benefit an “investor” has with an EA.
Once its on Rightmove, investors or private buyers can see it.
So unless you post a link, no one can give you valuable advice apart from speculating about the price.
There are some real knowledgable people on here who dig out loads of info on places and that is very valuable to sellers.
Flats are a bit tricky to sell at the moment. The whole EWS1 thing has got many twitchy as lenders are asking for under 18M if purpose built blocks. Plus of course Covid and the closeness of flats.
Also lease length, cost of service charge, ground rents escalating etc.
I dont invest in flats myself for all the above
good luck - hope you get lucky

To generate interest have a discussion with the agent regarding the price?
Just tell the agent to drop the price, he works for you after all?
