virgin won't remove or amend incorrect information on credit file.

I went through bankruptcy 3.5 years ago.
I had an account with virgin media that was defaulted prior to bankruptcy which i paid off in full and closed.
They have been incorrectly reporting a negative balance ever since.
I have written to the, completed a resolver complaint which they failed to respond to and twice been through the CISAS process and both times virgin were told they needed to amend the entries or remove them altogether once in march 2020 and again august.
its been two months since my second  CISAS completion and virgin were given 20 days to complete a request to amend the entry.
Virgin still haven't bothered to amend it.
what do I do now?
I thought they had to comply with CISAS?
thankyou for your help

Lodge a written complaint with Virgin. Then take it to the ICO after they respond to the complaint and haven't updated the CRAs.

Bear in mind due to the current climate, companies are very slow at sending data to the CRAs, it's seen to be low priority compared to helping people in difficulty.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.
  • ICO are pretty mowed under as well at the moment so complaints etc taking twice as long as usual..

Ive already done written complaints which they ignored, hence why I then used resolver which they ignored and not CISAS which they have also ignored.
what is the point in the CISAS if the companies can just go on to ignore the directions.

I have been having similar issues with another Virgin account for my mobile. Been through resolver and CISAS, now applied to the ICO as I'm sick of the whole situation. Will do the same with the media account after all this.
