Iva and pension
I looking into taking 0
out an IVA, my question is will this effect my husbands pension and Army pay out ? He will have completed his 22 years service 6 months before my Iva is finished and he will be given a lump sum payout as well as being able to claim his army pension. The Iva will be solely mine but will my husband be expected to contribute to the last 6 months of my Iva or can the Iva make him pay a lump sum ?
