Naahh - your just softies and haven't got a clue how to really complain . You hit them hard but fair (which I do) if I follow their processes to the letter but they still fail (wasting my time and effort) .  You can do whatever you see fit , but my method works well and I've been compensated over £2000 in the last few years.  Be a Lion rather than some baa baa!!!!
Your method only works to the extent that someone like you can hope for, someone with better communication skills would achieve more and with less effort (which is actually closer to what a lion does).

By waffling and ranting, people will do what is easiest to get rid of you - like throw you a bit of compensation or ban you, or will become belligerent themselves - like not using their discretion to help you or spitting in your food. Do it to an organisation you rarely interact with and you just cause yourself stress and anger, do it to a company you use regularly and they might decline to deal with you further (like Tesco have done to someone on the Praise, Vent and Warnings board), do it to people you work with and you risk limiting your career.

By all means complain if it's warranted, but a better way of doing it is remaining objective, being succinct and clearly laying out what the problem is and how you would like it to be resolved. That's what a lion would do. Your approach is more like a peacock.

Must be very high up in the Civil Service mafia if they can't spell loss correctly ?

I believe they have a very special place to file communications like that.....
Is it filed under B or T ?
Probably not, in our company communications like that often end up on our kitchen noticeboard to give people a laugh.  We only ever got a few but I miss them now we are working from home - used to brighten up my mornings.
