Advertising on facebook - account restricted?

I recently started a facebook page for my small business (previously only sold on ebay). I paid for 2 facebook ads which both got approved. The first one has been running for the past few days and the invoice was paid successfully. Today the option to edit the ads is gone with the message "This ad was created by another person who manages this Page. Only the person who created this ad can edit it." I used my personal account to create the page - no other account is linked. After searching different pages I found other notes - "No advertising issues" "We noticed unusual activity on your account and have restricted your access to advertising". Can't see any way to contact facebook. It says I have 29 days before advertising access is permanently restricted. Can anyone help please?
