Should download automatically here
https://zoom.us/support/download
What happens? Should appear bottomleft hand corner of browser. What computer? What browser?
Or run it on iphone or Android. If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.1 -
Yes, you can use it without downloading.

just looked again at email and it states I have to download,
tried downloading again , but states 'does not support browser'
tried to download Mozilla firefox and also chromium edge which are suggested. however , will not download anything, and when I click on downloads icon in top right hand corner, it shows as 'waiting to download'.
nothing appears in bottom left hand corner of browser.
hp stream laptop 14-ax0XX

You're doing something wrong because just to download something shouldn't be generating a "does not support browser" message.I note this is a laptop with 32Gb of space. How much space do you have free? (this "This PC" into the search bar at the bottom, select the app and then on the next screen you should have a "Local Disk C" with a coloured bar (blue or red) underneath it)0

I wonder if this laptop only supports apps installed via the Microsoft Store?

stragglebod said:I wonder if this laptop only supports apps installed via the Microsoft Store? All the reviews and specs I can find doesn't say it comes with Windows 10 in S mode, though its entirely plausible what with its low space, but it would explain the issues the OP has installing Firefox or whatever. Amazon reviews suggest this is a right piece of junk, but too late now. There is no Store app for Zoom, which was going to be my next suggestion, that seems only available on Apple and Android (or standalone). So if the OP's Windows 10 is in S mode, easiest solution is to switch out - https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4020089/windows-10-in-s-mode-faq
- On your PC running Windows 10 in S mode, open Settings > Update & Security > Activation.
- Find the Switch to Windows 10 Home or Switch to Windows 10 Pro section, then select the Go to the Store link.
Note
Don't select the link under Upgrade your edition of Windows. That's a different process that will keep you in S mode.
- On the page that appears in the Microsoft Store (Switch out of S mode or a similar page), select the Get button. After you confirm this action, you'll be able to install apps from outside the Microsoft Store.
