Kent Reliance not allowing debit card payments

The FAQ says "debit card functionality is currently being reviewed and has therefore been temporarily disabled for accounts opened by post." but it is affecting all accounts including those not opened by post. Anyone have any information on when this started and why?

They have disabled all online deposits by debit card. You can still make debit card deposits in Branch 🤣hoc said:The FAQ says "debit card functionality is currently being reviewed and has therefore been temporarily disabled for accounts opened by post." but it is affecting all accounts including those not opened by post. i posted about this a while ago, you can't also withdraw money easily, You have send a message to them, which is cumbersome, lucky I only have £1 in there. Won't be using it until I close it next April in that case as I won't be able to withdraw money in a timely manner."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

What account(s) can‘t you withdraw money from? My experience is that they will now take instructions over the phone for Branch-based accounts, and you have the money in your linked current account by the end of the next business day. Online accounts can obviously be operated online, and money will be in your bank account as with the phone withdrawals.csgohan4 said:i posted about this a while ago, you can't also withdraw money easily, You have send a message to them, which is cumbersome, lucky I only have £1 in there.
