what dates are those tickets , the early ones1

Anyone can get your address and/or telephone number for a small fee. It is no big deal.
Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP, sometimes it can lead to cancellation.,
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers. On 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, and hopefully this will become law shortly

Of course they can do a credit check, anyone can. They can also get you address very easily. Had you have used a search engine you would have found this out
I don't think that's correct that anyone can do a credit check without permission - certainly not according to FCRA. As I work in an industry tightly bound by data protection law I was surprised that they were able to do this without any consent. Yes I did search how that was allowed after they gave this information - I still don't feel it's right as I would dispute that I have ever entered into any credit agreement with the parking firm - but this is another matter!

I think it's called a soft trace, which they can do. However, we will help you win this. Have you got an email or two from your employer, confirming that you were at all times permitted to park and that the landowner promised to cancel these PCNs?
Get that now because you will later need it in evidence in 2021 to beat the scam in court. Be confident, we win 99% of the time.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That gives me hope! I don't have any emails at the moment but my employer is completely on-side and willing to provide a written statement confirming these points. The director has sent me screenshots of messages between her and the landowner where she is asking for the tickets to be cancelled and he is saying that it will get sorted as well as expressing his own frustration with the parking company as they were ticketing his cars.2

OK send that evidence now because it looks far better later in court, to show the PCNs should have been cancelled. Judges like to see that you have engaged.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
