Hi,
Have had this TV for about 3 years purchased from Argos, since Friday it will no longer play Netflix videos.
Model  32HB6T61U
Basically Netflix will load as normal but when you try to play, loads 1 % 2% etc then gives error message '" We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title. " tvq-pb-101 (5.2.102). Have tried other titles get same message.

Earlier I rung the Argos customer support, he got me to do a factory reset. Said it was a 'node' problem that they don't have access to. Only suggestion was turn off/on router and try wired connection, which didn't work. Also tried connecting to WIFI from my phone, same problem.

Will try contacting Netflix again, maybe on Monday when they are less busy.

Any suggestions what to try to do to fix?

    Thanks, tried that.
All the other built in apps on the TV still work (Iplayer, Youtube etc) but not Netflix!

Plugged in my firestick with netflix loaded which works fine, seems only fix. Shame as the tv is only 3 years old max, thought it might last a little longer!

Just a few suggestions to try:
    1. Make sure the TV firmware is up to date, go in the menu, under settings and software upgrade.
    2. I assume you have logged out of Netflix and back in (I know you reset the TV but some TV's don't clear Netflix login)
    3. In the Netflix app, you will see a "?" or help menu, under this you should be able to find the diagnostics menu to test connectivity to Netflix.
    4. Restart your wifi router
  • I have a Samsung TV but recently I have been having this issue with Netflix and YouTube and curry's knowhow have told me that it's to do with a software issue and all different makes are affected and to factory reset the TV when it happens. So far it helps although for my TV I am having to do it every day. Either that or uninstall and reinstall and re sign in. X

Thanks, have now spoken to Netflix, they basically got me to do what you had said.
But have followed your suggestions, unfortunately still no good.
The TV firmware is 2018-02-01, does not find any updates.
Have tried both my home broadband, wired and wifi. Also vodaphone, same problem.
The final solution from Netflix, was to delete and reinstall app on TV, but with this model you can not.

Thanks, hopefully it will get sorted when the software gets updated!
