Returning to work

You can give notice whilst on furlough, so you can give your notice a week before you start your new job - just remember that the week would start from the day after you give your notice.
Let's say you give notice on a Monday, the week's notice would start from Tuesday and the following Tuesday would be your last day.

So I won’t need to pay anything back or anything ? As I wouldn’t be returning as still on furlough

If you give your notice on the Monday then the Monday after would be your last day; Tuesday to Tuesday would be 8 days.

What about holidays are my employers allowed to cap my holidays even if I done more than 25 a week most of time ? Nothing in contract
