  • You can give notice whilst on furlough, so you can give your notice a week before you start your new job - just remember that the week would start from the day after you give your notice.
    Let's say you give notice on a Monday, the week's notice would start from Tuesday and the following Tuesday would be your last day.
  • So I won’t need to pay anything back or anything ? As I wouldn’t be returning as still on furlough

    You can give notice whilst on furlough, so you can give your notice a week before you start your new job - just remember that the week would start from the day after you give your notice.
    Let's say you give notice on a Monday, the week's notice would start from Tuesday and the following Tuesday would be your last day.
    If you give your notice on the Monday then the Monday after would be your last day; Tuesday to Tuesday would be 8 days.

  • What about holidays are my employers allowed to cap my holidays even if I done more than 25 a week most of time ? Nothing in contract
